Privacy & Terms

The short version

Many Parts, One Body collects only what we need to serve you and to run our programs. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except as needed to operate the services described here.

Information we collect

  • Things you send us through forms — contact messages, volunteer signups, catering requests, sponsorship inquiries, and grocery-assistance requests. This includes the contact details and any information you choose to provide.
  • Grocery-assistance requests may include sensitive household information. These are kept private to our team and are not published or shared beyond what’s needed to help you.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about site usage. TBD The specific analytics tools are finalized in Phase 5 (cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, with Google Analytics added only if we run Google Ad Grants — with a consent mechanism if so).

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and abuse. It is a privacy-respecting alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs.

Email

If you opt in, we may email you occasional updates about volunteering, events, and ways to help. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs.

Donations

Donations are processed by our payment partner (Zeffy, Phase 3). Payment details are handled by them, not stored by us. Tax receipts are issued for your records.
